For over 35 years I’ve been focusing on my health, and for over 35 years I’ve been observing others abuse their bodies, and with how they struggle with their well being and with weight loss. It amazes me how people, either do not know the easy ways to lose weight, or they simply just do not care. America is the fatest country on the planet. Actually, more than half of the overweight people in the world live in the US. People, you only have one body, learn how to take care of it.


I would think that lots of you must be sick and tired, with not only how you feel, but with how much you weight, with how fatigued you must be, with how winded some of you get just walking up stairs, or with how health factors just take the joy out of life. And the rest of you, if you keep doing what you are doing, you could soon fall into one of these categories.

Are you ready to change your life by changing your lifestyle, or are you going to keep on with the exact same routine and find yourself regretting it years later because you didn’t make the changes you needed to make, NOW?

For most people it is the change that scares them. Change is usually good. Just start slow! The alternative, when compared to the fear and anxiety you will be encountering in your middle or golden years when your body is breaking down, unhealthy, and you are faced with MAJOR health changes in your life, is nothing like the fear you will experience then. That is when it will be too late. Take control, make the changes you need to make in your life, right now!

Seriously, NOW is the time! What you need are easy Healthy Tips which just might help you make that lifestyle change that you’ve been attempting to make for so long. Be proactive. Be encouraged and take action.

Relax! living healthier is not rocket science! In reality, it is relatively a piece of cake to lose weight. Once you decide to change your lifestyle, your battles with trying to lose weight may be over, forever! That should bring such happiness to so many of you! Once you have changed your lifestyle, you will look back at your old life and be blown away how easy it was when you do correct things.

Are you 17 pounds, 27 pounds, 75 pounds, or more overweight? I would like you to take a moment and consider what you’ve been eating your entire life. Is it feasible that your afflictions and your weight may be caused, to some extent, by what you have been eating or drinking all your life, or by the lack of what you have been eating or drinking? Since you are still reading, it is my guess that you might want to make some changes to your lifestyle.

In my 35 years of focusing on my health, I realized that if a person wants to be healthier, you will need to make it a priority in your life. No one person can do this for you! It will have to be something you strive for. Take action, now and move towards getting healthier. Make life intriguing!

So, what is a healthy diet? To be truthful, most Americans have no idea! There are just way too many harmful products in the stores that entice us to temptation. Only people who have rearranged their thinking, the reeducated and the well-informed individuals, are likely to refrain from all these harmful foods.

The easy ways to lose weight are eating fresh vegetables and fruit, raw seeds and raw nuts, lean proteins, only 100% whole grain products, whole beans and legumes; cut out processed dead foods, fast foods, and all the deadly chemicals Americans eat every day, cut back on all sugars and cut back on salt, and replace all carbonated drinks and bottled fruit juices with lots of fresh water.

I’ve been researching health and tweaking my diet for upwards of 35 years. As for me it is extremely easy to make the proper changes. I know for many of you this will be a HUGE undertaking. I can’t encourage you enough to make these changes. Striving for better health should be your consistent, life long goal.

Once you implement the easy ways to lose weight, you will notice some changes. Just keep moving forward and watch the pounds gradually over time melt away.

We only have one body, sad to say most men and women do not pay attention to their body’s until later in years when they get older and they suffer from being overweight, or different illnesses that may have been prevented.
