What Is The Best Type Of Exercise To Lose Body Fat?


The most common misconception about losing extra body fat is that you have to do lots of cardio. When I say cardio, I’m talking about running, elliptical gliding, biking, etc. at moderate intensity for an hour or so, about 5-7 days a week (”traditional cardio” from this point forward).

This has been the most common protocol for losing weight. So, many of us have never questioned it and just took it as “truth.”

To be fair, it is true that this type of moderate intensity cardio do have it’s good points, such as improving blood pressure, but it’s not the best for losing that extra fat and giving you that sexy, shapely look.
