There are various natural and safe ways to induce labor which you can follow either short before you due date or if you are past due date. Find below some of the most common ways to induce labor naturally:

One of the first things you can do to bring on labor is start walking around a bit. Walking positions your baby at a position that enables to commence labor naturally through the release of oxytocin.
