Benefits of Fish Oil

Everyone’s heard or read about fish oil health benefits. The good news is that the reported helath benefits are very real. Hundreds of studies over the years have proven that fish oil is extremely good for many overall health. In fact, the only other supplement with as many proven health benefits is calcium. That is really quite impressive.
